Roloff Farms project

Matt and Amy Roloff live near our Oregon office and purchased window coverings to complete their recent major remodel. 

This photo shows Matt Roloff's office with a Hunter Douglas Duette Power Rise.  This is a battery operated window covering that stacks on the sill and rises to any desired point upward.  Matt uses an infrared remote control from his desk to easily operate this shade.  The batteries are housed in a small container behind the shade on the sill for easy replacement in future years.

This shade shows Matt Roloff's office window covering in its fully raised position.  Operation is by battery operated motor hidden in the shade's headrail.

The Roloff's wanted an easy to operate window covering for their master bedroom sliding door wall.  The vertical that was there was difficult for the Roloffs to operate, since they are little people.  This window covering is a Duette Vertiglide.  The Duette material is oriented vertically, hung from small wheels, hidden in a headrail, and easily traverses the opening.  There are no visible cords or tracks on the floor to trip over.  The treatment is half way across the glass in this photo.  A moving rail has a handle that the Roloffs use to slide the window covering across the opening or slide to the left to fully expose the beautiful view to the deck and pool beyond.  The stack is just 6" wide when fully opened.
